Oppose passage of House Resolution 417
One needs to oppose the passage of House Resolution 417 that was introduced in U.S. House of Representatives in November 2013 in order to protect the rights and freedom of religious minorities like Muslims, Christians, Jews, and Sikhs in India, where the majority are Hindus. Although India is a secular and tolerant country, division of the country in the name of religion based on distorted facts in not right. If it happens minorities will fight for their own selfish needs and forget about peace and prosperity of the country.
