George Michael - Freedom! '90

RIP George Michael .. one of my favorite singers when I  was a teen. I was smitten by his good looks.. a sort of crush... as, he sure was, handsome. His dancing and music took me to another level. Take a listen to this iconic song. It's  hard to believe that he is no more but he left so much in the world of music. While listening to his songs, I did not know that he was gay and was later shocked to find it out. He should have come out the closet a long time ago so that young teenage girls would not swoon over him.

Most singers I listened to like Michael Jackson, Ricky Martin and, Elton John, Boy George, and David Bowie turned out to be gay.A talented singer and dancer he wooed everyone with his Travolta-esque bait and shakes. The popostar, Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou, whose nom de plume was George Michael was one of  kind who produced evergreen songs.

His racy videos were bold and sometimes inappropirate (Remember: "  I Want You Sex") but he still was a
musical legend.
The above video was his personal expression of coming out, perhaps and also about his music, but although he was loved by all, he was not liked by others due to his bisexuality. He fought for LGBT rights and still died unhappy that he was not accepted. Hope gay people are accepted  after his death.
Although the above video was a fine one, in singing "Freedom," George forgot that the price of freedom is always responsibility and he should have been more  responsible for his actions.  His fall from grace was due to the numerous drug-related faux pas   he indulgded in and his lewd behavior with men.
