The famous cases of online bullying go only to show that this needs to be stopped.
The Megan Meir case, where her boyfriend, Josh Evans, who met her online rejected her aftyer sometime and did not want to be friends with her anymore. Megan suffered from ADHD, depression, and weight issues all her life and she had thought Josh found her to be beautiful, but after the rejection on MySpace and disturbing messages from classmates and other friends, Megan could not take it. That was the final straw and Megan ended her life by commiting suicide- three weeks before what would have been her 14th birthday.

Then there was the case of  Jessican Logan who sent a picture of hers in a "compromising position" to her boyfriend and that picture got circulated in seven Cincinnati are high schools. The cyberbullying continued on MySpace, Facebook, and  through text messages and finally Jessica hung herself.
