China's Tibet?

According to International Campaign for Tibet,  Chinese officials have co-opted a traditional Tibetan horse festival to 

advance the lie that Tibetan culture is thriving in Chinese-ruled Tibet. But propaganda like this is nothing new from 

China—and this Sunday’s New York Times has exposed it for all to see.. .Surely, media can do a better job to expose 

more.
