CTA or Tibetan government-in-exile- Strong or Not?

Even though Tibetans have formed CTA or Central Tibetan Administration in Dharamsala , India,

 and want autonomy for themselves, they are one of the minorities in China among Uyghurs and Mongolians.

Their claim should be righful and justfied because both areas belong to China.

 It is upto China to grant them autonomy and their rights- provided it is done in a peaceful manner.

Going by media reports, I sure say it is!
